You are invited to present your abstracts as e-poster or oral presentations at this conference. Please submit your abstracts by 15 August 2025
Abstract Submission Rules
- Submission Deadline
- All abstracts must be submitted by 15 August 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Language
- Abstracts must be written in English.
- Word Limit
- Abstracts should not exceed 450 words, not including the title, authors, and affiliations. Submissions over the word limit may be returned for revision.
- Structure
- Abstracts must include the following sections:
- Title: Concise and relevant to the research.
- Authors and Affiliations: Full names, primary institution, and country of each author.
- Introduction: Brief background and objectives of the research.
- Methods: Summary of the methodology used.
- Results: Key findings or expected results.
- Conclusion: Main takeaways or implications of the research.
- Abstracts must include the following sections:
- Submission Method
- Abstracts should be prepared and sent online. Click here to submit your abstract now.
- Review and Notification
- All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent via email.
- Presentation Type
- Upon submission, authors can select their preferred presentation type (e.g., Oral or Poster). However, the final decision on the presentation format will be made by the Scientific Committee.
