Abstract Submission

You are invited to present your abstracts as e-poster or oral presentations at this conference. Please submit your abstracts by 15 August 2025

Abstract Submission Rules

1. Submission Deadline
   • All abstracts must be submitted by 15 August 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.
2. Language
   • Abstracts must be written in English.
3. Word Limit
   • Abstracts should not exceed 450 words, not including the title, authors, and affiliations. Submissions over the word limit may be returned for revision.
4. Structure
   • Abstracts must include the following sections:
     • Title: Concise and relevant to the research.
     • Authors and Affiliations: Full names, primary institution, and country of each author.
     • Introduction: Brief background and objectives of the research.
     • Methods: Summary of the methodology used.
     • Results: Key findings or expected results.
     • Conclusion: Main takeaways or implications of the research.
5. Submission Method
   • Abstracts should be prepared and sent online. Click here to submit your abstract now. 
6. Review and Notification
   • All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent via email.
7. Presentation Type
   • Upon submission, authors can select their preferred presentation type (e.g., Oral or Poster). However, the final decision on the presentation format will be made by the Scientific Committee.
